    Money
Is the planet dominated by money as seems to be suggested by the recent crisis we have witnessed and by its consequences? Have our representations of the world ceased to be based on values, ideologies, projects and utopias for the benefit of the king-money ?
These questions are elaborated by an empirical observation: money is now more than before characterised by its own dematerialisation. It has become numerical, its circulation is global, instant; it is fluid and universally accessible. It becomes  more powerful, severing all links with meaning. Is money necessarily a synonym of evil, domination or exploitation and not only the concomitant of temporary negative corollary which would only require punctual interventions on the part of public authority? Under what conditions can it function as a vector of personal emancipation, of individual development and freedom, and at the same time correspond to collective interest, social justice, the regression of inequality on a world scale? Should we expect much from public authorities, from the state, as though private money was less clean than public funds, or at least, money that is controlled and managed by the state? Finally, asking these questions about money is to reflect upon social ties, democracy and on the project of a world more just and democratic.
